POP-UP DINNER: A Night in Provence

Join us Wednesday, August 29th from 7-9 pm for an open-air, farm-to-table feast at Rockbrook Village in celebration of our local farmers and the gifts of the land. The meal will be prepared chef Shelley Elson-Roza and her staff from MJER Help using organic ingredients sourced from our Rockrook Village Organic Farmers Market vendors and other local farmers.

Guests will dine at communal tables under the stars, where our farmer’s stories will be recognized and celebrated.  The evening will honor the flavors of cuisine ménagère, or French home cooking.  The recipes are from Ginette Mathiot’s eptimore of French cooking, France: The Cookbook, originally published in the 1930s and recently updated by Phaidon.
